Reasons why I say "Nothing" when asked "What's wrong?"
-I don’t feel like explaining because I'm afraid you won’t understand.
-It’ll make me feel worse because the subject is just being brought up again.
-I don’t know what’s wrong.
-Privacy / Personal space
-Afraid of being judged.
-I don’t want anyone to worry
-Tired of hearing the lie that “It’ll be alright.”
-its obviously about you.
-I just don’t want to talk about it.
